How do I add credit to my account?

Once you have logged in to your RM Books account, under the 'Manage' drop down list click on to 'Credit'. This will show you how much credit you have available and all the books you have purchased. To add credit to your account, click on 'Add credit' and enter the amount you would like to add and then click 'Next'. This will redirect you to a secure RM.com payment portal to complete the transaction. You will need an RM.com log in to do this in addition to your RM Books log in. If you do not have an RM.com account, please register here.

Please note: VAT is payable at 20% for ebook rentals and purchases, and is added when you purchase credit. Your credit total displayed in RM Books does not include the VAT paid.
